Howard - It was My first trip to the old Soviet Union. Prior to my arrival, the Oltan GP, provided me with all the information and documents that I would need to acquire a visa to enter Belarus. There was a minimal reasonable charge for this service. The process was extremely easy and took me less than 1 week to receive my visa. I always had excellent communication with the Oltan GP through either email or skype, always without minimal delay. For an extemely reasonable price, Oleg, the manager of the Oltan GP, provided me with a perfect, spacious and quiet, 1 bedroom apartment in a very central part of town, all equipped for all my needs, including Wifi Internet connection , satellite TV, and a fully equiped kitchen including laundry facilities. As I don't speak Russian, having the support and full assistance from the Oltan GP, made all my trips to Gomel a true pleasure, addressing all my needs including translation services when needed. A private tour if the city of Gomel with a fully bilingual translator was provided to me upon my request, again at a very reasonable cost. Gokhan - It was my first time i visited Gomel. I was looking for an accommodation and i found this site offering flats for rent. Then i called Oltan Group to offer me a good flat and transfer. Well, the rest was straightforward. I haven't think that i would be that easy for a stranger to find the best flat situated in the heart of the city and comfortable transfer to the flat. Oltan Group carried out all my accommodation in professional manner without any conflicts since i arrived in Gomel. It was everytime a phone call away from me and make my stay in Gomel feel like i'm at home. The flat I stayed in was located in very central place. It was nice decorated and clean. Everything you need to keep your own home alive also was in my flat. I just unpacked my stuff and then rest. If you are headed to Gomel one day, i strongly recommend you to keep in touch with Oltan Group. Just leave the details to them and enjoy your stay.. Friendly face, professional business..
